Intensive Outpatient Our Intensive Outpatient program includes 18 group therapy sessions, which are held in the evenings Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The client starts with attending four nights a week and then transitions to two nights a week. The IOP Program includes:
While in IOP, clients must also attend two AA or NA meetings per week.
Outpatient/Aftercare Our Outpatient/Aftercare program is an ongoing relapse prevention group that is held once a week for 16 weeks for clients who have gone through an IOP program. Outpatient is considered an addition to deeper involvement in a recovery support group. Attendance of recovery support groups are required (AA,NA).
