Residential Our medically-monitored Residential treatment services are provided in a home-like environment, where the client resides for 28 days. The 28 days are structured to provide a range of experiences, including: • Individual Counseling • Family Counseling • Group Counseling • Involvement in Recovery • Support Groups (AA, NA) Education • Leisure Activities • Physical Exercise (walks, visits to YWCA) Also included in the Residential stay is: • Residing in a home-like environment, including all meals • Assessment • Treatment Planning and Goal Setting • Family Day (a day of education and therapy for clients and their family members) • Information and Referral Residential counselors work with each client to set up a plan for continuing care after the completion of the 28-day program.
Requirements for Admission Include: • Be 18 years or older • Be clean for at least 24 hours • Obtain medical clearance from a medical professional after last use, indicating not going through any major withdrawal symptoms (this may include detox for some individuals) • Be safely withdrawn from all mood-altering medications • Meet criteria for the Residential level of care
